Customers are not recommended to pay any other cash to service partner other than their service fee and are expected to pay for spares directly in the spares shop, without involving service partner.
Customers can choose both brand new spares as well as refurbished spares if available from the reputed computer spares shop recommended by our service partner.
Customers visit computer spare shop with service partner to procure spares enabling transparency.
Our service partners will guide customers only to reputed computer spare dealers selling original spares.
Customers can check the originality, warranty of every spare purchased and collect necessary bills.
Customer can build one or many computers with the help of our service partner and according to the time spent by the service partner, payment has to be made.
1% of service fee as sponsored credits on customer's becoming our Free Affiliate Shopper (FAS) to promote our brand/sponsor.
On accumulation of 50% sponsored credits, it can be used for future shopping or services.
On accumulation of 50% sponsored credits + optional 50% FAS affiliate credits, 100% can be withdrawn via UPI.
Customers can check the quality and working of the computer built on work completion. Then pay the balance service fee if satisfied.
If customers not satisfied with service, they seek service fee refund via our website or whatsapp.
